Service Terms

Our services are provided on a consultancy basis. While we offer expert guidance, the final implementation decisions rest with the client. We recommend:

  • Reviewing all advice within your local building regulations context
  • Obtaining necessary planning permissions and building approvals
  • Engaging qualified contractors for implementation
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage

Payment Terms

Our fee structure is transparent and package-based. Payment terms include:

  • Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
  • Package payments are due prior to service commencement
  • Additional consultations are charged at our standard hourly rate
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

All renovation plans, designs, and advisory documents remain the intellectual property of HomeDecorFine. Clients receive a license for personal use within their specific project scope.

Liability Limitations

While we provide expert renovation guidance, we cannot guarantee:

  • Contractor performance or availability
  • Material costs and availability
  • Project completion timelines
  • Planning permission outcomes
